A resource can make several AI calls. Reusing library pictures keeps usage down. Speech counts new clips only; playing a cached clip or using the device voice adds nothing.
Animation stays separate from this allowance: Gen-4 Turbo uses 25 provider credits for 5 seconds or 50 for 10 seconds. These are provider units, not a purchased SymbolTiles balance.
